About you:
The work as a specialist nurse in the operating room is qualified, and therefore we want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe that this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We would like you to have experience from several different operating departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We prioritize participation in courses and training. This means that you, as an Operations Consultant, often belong to those in the workplace with the most experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues.
